maybe: until now most substantial decision communication is made face to face

so unfortunetely there have to be those human beeings
with a responsibility no single identity can handle

and in so far the less worse might be the better.

I like the idea of an worldwide voting for the american president.
He mr. president here are (n) votes against you.

But who cares.
And why should anyone care?

Who ist voting?

What makes the value of  voting?

If it would be implemented in real live decision making structures?
